If you submit content (such as recipe notes or preferences), you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use that content to operate and improve the service. You remain responsible for the legality of content you submit.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChefYourself is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no guarantees regarding:

• Suitability for specific diets
• Availability or uninterrupted access

We are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law or applicable EU consumer protection law.
